LSR 9 Mile

I did it I decided to register for the NYC Marathon that is right 26.2 miles. This will be the second year in a row signing up we will see if my lotto ticket will be a winner this year. I will keep you posted.

Tri a Tri

I have made the decision to push this summer and take on a Triathlon I need to decide weather to do the Sprint distance or the Olympic distance. I have the days off this summer the event is of July 23rd or 24th depending on what distance you do. I am excited with the events I have on the burner this year including the 1/2 Marathon in April, my 5K on June 19th now this Tri and in the Fall another 1/2 marathon and possibly the NYC Marathon. What a full year this will be!

Sunday

Getting caught up.

This week, like most has come and gone. I somehow seem to be so busy with life and such I forget to BLOG it. Well folks, here is a short silent film I recorded after turning in a killer time on a 4 mile tempo run.

Additionally, I also recorded a weekly recap at the conclusion of my 10k race pace. Hopefully these times I am turning in will help Kevin and I come up with a fair handicap. That is if Kevin aint a sandbagger. (Been reading Tom Sawyer to my boys, guess thats where it came from.)

My running seems to be coming back to me. I can feel it. Still need to spend my weekdays really focused on form and detail. Ankle is a bit tweaked as I blog this, knee is painless :). Ankle, here is some ice for you, thanks for not breaking today.

Run Happy!
