After hitting 2 miles went to stop GPS and my earphone chord got caught somewhere on me and yanked my phone out of my hand. Missing the grass by 1 inch causes a big difference in the outcome of a dropped phone. Today I was on the worse side of the outcome. I didn't react the normal way by cussing and looking like a fool. The high of the run cooled me off and I just put it in my pocket and walked home with my head hung a bit.

Come Backs
Diet has been better and I am now 3 days strong with eating better. I have broken down and bought some Arnold Palmer lemonade iced tea I have to give myself some sort of reward. At least it is 1/3 less calories.
